 #1 - Agent Loyalty Program - Field markeitng Organization (FMO) Insurance

Background: An Illinois based FMO well known in the industryfor thirty years

Objectives: Previously offered cash as incentives for "million dollar producers". Needed to create  loyalty with their current agents and recruit new agents.

CMC Solution:

Implement "Gorilla Rewards" an internet based, points driven merchandise program:

  1. Create personalized logo branded website to target independent agents
  2. Establish goals and rewards:
  • Each $100,000 annuity where house earns 2.25% street producer earns highest rewards
  • Street producer earns rewards at diminishing levels as house percnetage goes down

Points never expire encouraging agents to continue accumulating points long term for bigger rewards.

Points for travel handled seamlessly through CMC's travel department.

Program Results:

  • Program launched in September 2009 with 133 agents
  • Currently 828 active agents in program
  • On avergae 32 agents enroll each month
  • Total program spend $954.6 thousand on rewards generating $783.4 million in annuity sales.
  • With an average take of 1.3% they profited around $10.2 million to date.

#2 SALES INCENTIVE AND TRAFFIC BUILDER APPLICATION – CREDIT UNION

“Summer Blitz to Open New Accounts”

Background

A Florida Credit Union partnered with CMC on a summer promotion to target new accounts. With heavy competition between banks in credit unions in the Jacksonville, FL market, this credit union needed something to separate them from the competition.

Issues/Objectives

  • Generate new business by running a summer promotion for anyone who opens a new account
  • Build brand equity and market share
  • Cross-selling opportunities for other products and services

CMC Solution

  • Implement a low cost, turnkey solution:
    • Over the months of June, July, and August, they offered 2-for-1 Cruise Certificates to anyone who signed up for a new account.
    • CMC handled all of the pre/post sale implementation and fufillment
    • Cruise promotion will generate increased floor traffic to branches and website

Program Results

  • Over 1,000 new accounts were opened over the 3 month period.
  • June saw a 31% increase over the previous year with 458 new accounts opened.
  • July had a 6.48% increase and August had a 7.22% increase.
